The Royal Horticultural Society has announced the locations for its four major flower shows in 2027, adding a new event in Bristol while bringing back a traditional venue. Alongside the established RHS Malvern Spring Festival in Worcestershire and RHS Chelsea Flower Show in London, the RHS will debut a new show at Bristol’s Prospect Building from 8th–11th July 2027. The return of RHS Flower Show Tatton Park in Cheshire is also confirmed for 21st–25th July 2027 after a three-year hiatus.
The new Bristol event will transform the Prospect Building and its courtyard into a botanical space featuring pop-up plant displays, expert talks, advice sessions, hands-on workshops, and immersive experiences.
RHS Tatton Park will return to the Cheshire estate, showcasing show gardens, floral exhibits, specialist growers, and talks. The 2027 event will also include Young Designer Gardens to highlight emerging talent in the industry. The Tatton Park show represents the North West region in the RHS’s touring calendar.
These venues are part of the RHS’s touring shows system introduced in 2024, which rotates events to new locations and audiences annually. Past events have included RHS Wentworth Woodhouse in 2025 and RHS Badminton and RHS Sandringham in 2026. The society emphasizes expanding access to gardening through these mobile shows.
“After the success of our new shows at Wentworth Woodhouse, Badminton Estate and Sandringham Estate, we are delighted to be continuing our work to make the RHS more accessible and to welcome more people into gardening,” said James Wren, RHS director of development and shows.
Wren added that the new shows allow collaboration with fresh partners and creative content. “Alongside our new Shows, which allow us to work with new partners and create imaginative content, we are delighted to be returning to Cheshire for RHS Tatton Park to celebrate the North West and its proud horticultural community. These of course sit alongside RHS Chelsea and RHS Malvern as stalwarts in the horticultural calendar.”
The RHS will also host seasonal shows and plant society events at its gardens across the UK in 2027. The full schedule includes RHS Malvern Spring Festival (6th–9th May), RHS Chelsea Flower Show (18th–22nd May), the new Bristol show (8th–11th July), and RHS Flower Show Tatton Park (21st–25th July).
