The Downtown Tbilisi initiative, led by local developer Archi Group and conglomerate INVIA, covers 600,000 square meters and integrates six premium towers housing residences, offices, retail spaces, and a hotel. This marks a significant expansion of Tbilisi’s high-end real estate offerings.
At the project’s core is Trump Tower Tbilisi, a 65-story skyscraper reaching 247.7 meters, poised to surpass all existing structures in Georgia. The towers incorporate modern glass-and-steel architecture with sky terraces, indoor atriums, and rooftop gardens adjacent to the newly revitalized Central Park. The developers have partnered with The Sapir Organization, a U.S.-based firm, to establish Tbilisi as an international center for finance and luxury real estate.
