IKEA and XBOX have teamed up to launch the YXSTABY collection, merging gaming capabilities with home decor. By combining IKEA’s 80 years of design expertise with XBOX’s 25 years of gaming experience, the collaboration creates play spaces that integrate into family life. With its sleek designs, the YXSTABY collection fits effortlessly into everyday interiors, making it easy for families to play together without feeling the need to conceal their technology.
Each piece in the YXSTABY collection was co-designed by an IKEA and XBOX designer, ensuring both brands’ perspectives shaped every item. The collection features products that integrate gaming elements into practical furniture, eliminating the need to hide tech or gaming gear.
The line launches with items starting at £12 for the iconic “+” shaped cushion, inspired by the XBOX controller’s D-pad. This colorful cushion provides arm and back support while gaming. The most expensive item is a side table with four casters, designed to charge controllers and manage cables through hidden compartments and sliding doors. This neat storage solution is made with 4 castors, allowing you to move it wherever you need it most.
