WF Cabinetry Brands is reshaping how it approaches growth in the cabinetry industry. The company announced a unified dealer-focused strategy that brings together three established American cabinetry brands under one platform while preserving the personal relationships independent dealers and designers depend on.
Three Brands, One Direction
The portfolio combines WoodHarbor Custom Cabinetry, Countryside Cabinets, and Wellborn Forest. Each brand maintains its distinct identity and craftsmanship while gaining access to shared manufacturing resources, technology, talent, and organizational support. The arrangement allows WF to invest behind individual brands without eroding what makes each one competitive in its market segment.
Wellborn Forest focuses on semi-custom cabinetry that balances quality, style, and value. Countryside Cabinets provides flexible semi-custom options with intuitive design capabilities and customization features. WoodHarbor Custom Cabinetry serves the luxury market with full-custom products and highly personalized design support. Together, the brands cover everything from value-oriented semi-custom work to full-custom luxury cabinetry.

From Manufacturer to Creative Partner
The company is positioning itself as more than a supplier. WF teams aim to function as creative partners who listen closely, understand project visions, and collaborate with dealers and designers to find the right solutions. This approach gives designers more freedom to create for the home rather than working around product limitations.
Nick Billig, CEO of WF Cabinetry Brands, said the model reflects how the cabinetry business has always operated. “What makes WF different is our ability to bring dealers the choice and capabilities of a larger platform while still being personal, responsive and accessible,” he said. “We know our dealers, we understand their businesses, and we’re committed to being a partner they can count on.”
The strategy lets dealers work with a single trusted partner across multiple brands and price points. As customer needs change, dealers can move across the portfolio to match the right brand and capabilities to each opportunity. This eliminates the need to manage relationships with multiple unrelated manufacturers.
David Goldblatt, executive vice president of sales and marketing, said dealers want flexibility but also need someone they can contact when challenges arise. “That’s where the personal side of our model matters,” he said. “We listen, collaborate and take ownership of finding a solution. Whether it’s a product need, a design challenge or something that requires us to think differently, our dealers know we’ll work with them to get it done.”

Building Around Dealer Success
WF currently works with more than 1,000 active dealer partners nationwide. The company views these relationships as the foundation of its platform rather than simply a distribution network. WF is investing in manufacturing, technology, talent, product development, and shared capabilities to strengthen its brands and create more opportunities for the independent dealer community.
The company plans to keep those relationships central to its strategy as it scales. The goal is to use greater size to generate more opportunity while protecting the responsiveness and personal connection that have defined its brands for generations.
Billig said the measure of success goes beyond company size. “The measure of this platform will not simply be how large we become,” he said. “It will be whether our dealers and designers are stronger because they work with us. If we can help them win more projects, serve their customers better and grow their businesses, we will grow right alongside them.”
